Phase 1: Clearing Network MVP
Status: Shipping
The Foundation
Users behind licensed FIs can find and pay each other — compliantly. One API replaces bilateral integrations.
What We're Building
- RemiTag Registry — unique user identifiers across the network
- Travel Rule Compliance — encrypted IVMS-101 data exchange between counterparties
- On-chain Settlement — USDT transfers on TRON with verification
- Policy Engine — per-user send/receive eligibility checks

Phase 2: Multi-Chain Settlement
Status: In Development
Cross-Chain, Cross-Stablecoin
Routing engine with managed float to stitch money flows across chains and stablecoins. We are not a bridge — we use approved native rails.
What We're Building
- Cross-chain transfers — USDC across major EVM chains via Circle CCTP/Gateway
- Multi-stablecoin support — USDC, USDT routing with liquidity orchestration
- Partners Dashboard — registration, API keys, transaction monitoring

Phase 3: Off-Ramp Marketplace
Status: Roadmap
The Double Solution
Layer 1 (Clearing): Stablecoin routing + Travel Rule compliance — shipping now
Layer 2 (Marketplace): Off-ramps compete on price/speed for fiat disbursement — this phase
What We're Building
- Auction engine — off-ramp providers submit quotes; best quote wins automatically
- Immediate stablecoin delivery — no escrow, no RemiDe fiat exposure
- Reputation scoring — performance SLAs and network quality enforcement
Why This Matters
- Neither Fireblocks Network nor Circle CPN does both layers
- Fireblocks = orchestrator (connects to partners, bilateral pricing)
- Circle CPN = issuer network (USDC/EURC only, FI-to-FI treasury)
- RemiDe = clearing + marketplace, integrated, user-to-user scope
Value Prop
- OFI (sender): Integrate once → access entire off-ramp marketplace
- BFI (off-ramp): Join network → passive deal flow from all senders
- RemiDe: Fixed routing fee on every transaction
